Please allow minimum 2 business days to process your order. All orders are shipped via Canada Post. Once your order is shipped it becomes the responsibility of the shipping company. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES If you are not completely satisfied with your SQUEEZE product, we will do what we can to make it right. Shipping costs associated with any product return/exchange would be the responsibility of the customer.
